Legendary Riva with Lamborghini engines

The Riva Aquarama Lamborghini was built 45 years ago on behalf of Ferruccio Lamborghini, founder of the beautiful Italian sports car brand. The motorboat is the fastest Aquarama in the world and was completely restored in the Netherlands into its original state. A Dutch Riva collector found the boat and had it restored by Riva World in Uithoorn. The project lasted a total of three years, bringing the Aquarama back to its original form. The wooden hull was restored, sanded and no less than 25 varnish coatings were applied.

The wooden interior was repaired and the seats were refurbished in the famous Riva design. In addition, all the dashboard buttons and switches were disassembled, repaired and reinstalled. The hardware parts received a new chrome plating, which makes the ship shine like never before. Carlo Riva, founder and designer of Riva said upon relaunching, and we quote “perfetto!”
